My Story

My name, Muhammad Nurrizka Ramadhan, or Iska, embarked on my journey into the realm of innovation in 2015 when I began my academic pursuit at Universitas Islam Indonesia in Yogyakarta. Fueled by a fervent passion for mechanical engineering, I set out to carve my mark in the annals of innovation.

During my undergraduate years, my quest for knowledge led me to immerse myself in the world of research and development. Joining CV Ulil Albab in 2018, now recognized as PT Putra Medikaltek, I delved deep into the intricacies of healthcare technology, laying the groundwork for my future contributions to the field. My passion for innovation was ignited and nurtured during this time. It was during this period that I actively participated in extracurricular activities, including the Formula SAE Japan (FSAEJ) Competition in 2018. As a key member of the team, I played a pivotal role in conceptualizing electric car designs and coordinating with diverse divisions, showcasing my adeptness in cross-disciplinary collaboration and hands-on project management. This immersive experience not only complemented my academic curriculum but also provided invaluable insights into real-world applications of project management principles.

In parallel, my commitment to education and community empowerment shone through during my tenure as a teacher at Ponpes Nashirut Thullab from 2015 to 2018. Guiding young minds and fostering a culture of learning became second nature to me.

As my academic journey progressed, my passion for research culminated in my role as a Research Assistant at Universitas Islam Indonesia in 2020. Collaborating with industry giants like PT Bio Farma, I spearheaded groundbreaking projects, including the development of a revolutionary Vaccine Carrier with Active Cooling, poised to transform vaccine distribution.

My internship at PT Bio Farma in 2021 provided me with invaluable insights into production systems and strategic planning, further enriching my expertise in the field.

In 2022, my thirst for innovation propelled me into the corporate arena as a Product Manager at PT YLabs Inovasi Indonesia. Leading a dynamic team, I spearheaded the development of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, ushering in a new era of efficiency in sales and distribution processes.

Today, I stand at the forefront of innovation, my journey a testament to perseverance, passion, and the relentless pursuit of excellence. With each milestone, I continue to push the boundaries of knowledge, driven by a singular vision to make a lasting impact on society. Beyond my professional achievements, I remain deeply committed to community empowerment, tirelessly working to bridge the gap between education and opportunity. As I chart new frontiers in research and development, my legacy serves as a beacon of inspiration for aspiring innovators around my community environment, reminding us all that with determination and dedication, anything is possible.
