The article explores the development of a below-knee prosthetic with adjustable shanks based on threads, aiming to accommodate the diverse anthropometric range of Indonesian bodies. Through design simulations, the shank’s capacity to withstand 2000N loads and its adjustable height in 1.5 mm increments are demonstrated.
